Job Brief

We are looking for passionate individuals to dive deep into our technology stack to design, develop and own highly scalable and reliable web applications for one of our critical products at Rojgar Mantra. Java developer responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient in Java with good ecosystem understanding
• Sound knowledge of OOP patterns and concepts
• Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns
• Experience in service-oriented architecture
• Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
• Basic understanding of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful web services
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance web apps for Rojgar Mantra
• Resolve challenges, drive innovations and ensure issue resolution
• Conduct code reviews for quality and flexibility, using OOP techniques
• Collaborate with developers for excellent product quality
• Work with cross-functional agile teams for scalable solutions
